Nature of the Platform
BetterLife Asia Inc. is a corporation incorporated in the Philippines. The Platform facilitates access to telehealth consultations and online pharmacy services by connecting users with licensed physicians and licensed pharmacy partners. The Company is neither a licensed clinic, hospital, nor a licensed pharmacy.

Scope of Services
The Company facilitates telehealth consultations, online pharmacy fulfillment, and healthcare coordination. It does not provide direct medical consultations, store pharmaceutical inventory, or employ consulting physicians.

No Practice of Medicine
The Company does not practice medicine. Any interaction between the Client and a physician through the Platform constitutes a relationship solely between the Client and that physician. The Company assumes no clinical responsibility or liability for medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans.

Prescriptions
Prescriptions are generated solely by the attending licensed physician based on their independent clinical judgment. The Company does not influence any prescription decision. Clients must disclose all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions prior to any consultation.

Compounded Preparations
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured medicines. They are prepared pursuant to a valid physician prescription. The compounding pharmacy bears primary responsibility for quality, potency, and sterility.

Emergencies
Telehealth services are not substitutes for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide truthful health information, follow prescribed treatment plans, not misuse or share medications, and comply with all applicable Philippine laws governing the use of prescription medications.

Data Privacy
The Company collects and processes Personal Data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By using the Services, the Client consents to collection and processing of health and medical data for service facilitation, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
